Cootes Clean Up
CLEAN UP COOTES AND SPRUCE UP THE SPENCER
10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Volunteers are invited to participate in the annual Cootes Paradise Clean-Up Day, which will also include three areas along the Spencer Creek in Dundas. The event will take place rain or shine. Gloves and bags provided at the following stations: Princess Point, the David Braley Athletic Centre at McMaster University (new gym complex connected to the Ivor Wynne Centre), Churchill Park, Cootes Drive at the Spencer Creek Bridge, the bus lot across from the Dundas Canadian Tire, and the parking lot behind the Grightmire Arena in Dundas. Just meet at the site of your choice. Canoes are welcome at Princess Point and at the Ivor Wynne Centre.a free barbeque for all volunteers at McMaster University starting at 1:30 on the east side of the Ivor Wynne Centre at Mac. Please wear appropriate clothing, and bring gloves and a water bottle if you have them.
