Sept 16 (Fri) - Nutrition potluck...
The nutrition potluck, led by Rae Mitchell and Julia Hitchcock, is intended to be an evening to share info and ideas about nutrition and to be a space to share nutritious food. At the event we can talk about what that means, don't stress about what you bring not being healthy enough!

Sept 21 (Wed) – Tomato Preserves
Melanie Golba from Plan B Organic Farm will be leading a demonstration workshop on tomato preserves. Come and learn how to can tomatoes & make your own tomato sauce!

Sept 30 (Fri) - Herb potluck
The herb potluck, led by Rae Mitchell and Julia Hitchcock, will be a space to talk about herbs, learn from each other, maybe experiment - folks can try to bring drinks and foods that highlight different herbs - again don't stress about the food, if it has no herbs in it it's still welcome!

October 5 (Weds) - Fermenting Part II
Tony Hendry will be leading a hands-on workshop on how to make kimchie. Preserving veggies without vinegar has never been easier!
