clubs fest 2007 - opirg

OPIRG volunteers, working groups, board members and staff kept things hopping at the OPIRG table at Clubs Fest 2007.

We handed out 700 information leaflets, signed up hundreds of new e-mail subscribers and met some very wonderful people in the process.

Working Groups with a table presence included Mexico, Non-Violence Now and Mac Battery Recycling Organization.

Lots of students left with Hamilton Cycling and Waterfalls maps, and with a better connection to OPIRG's work on the environment and social justice.

If you met us at Clubs Fest, we'll be glad to see you again at the OPIRG office, and if you missed us at the table, come by the office anytime.

OPIRG will be having tables in the MUSC during September to continue to try and meet as many students as we can.

We're in MUSC 229 Monday to Friday, 10am to 4:30pm
